I don't remember why I picked it, but Moon After Rain is a great name.
Almost no aroma. It's a little sweet, with just a hint of sweetness and bitterness, and it finishes with a long aftertaste. It has a long finish. I wonder if this is what a Daiginjo is like. It was a very clear sake🕺
