Slightly Ginjo aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it has a chili-tinged acidity. It has a gentle and moderate sweetness and a mellow umami that is typical of hiyaoroshi. The aftertaste of the acidity is tightened with a touch of piquancy. I like this one.
