Aroma like yogurt. In the mouth, it is juicy with fresh acidity and sweetness like Muscat. It is like a sweet Moscato white wine. I think so. But when the taste of rice comes, it comes back to me that it is sake. It is very good for hot summer and tired body which needs acidity. It is delicious.
