輝きのある無色透明。微細な気泡あり。バナナを思わせるフルーティでやや濃醇な香り。発泡感を伴う瑞々しい口当たり。含み香もバナナを思わせると共に、サイダー様の発泡感を伴う酸味と苦味。キレ良く中程度の余韻。爽酒かつ薫酒。

後半に、熟れていない青いバナナを思わせる渋味もあり。やや濃醇な含み香と旨味も感じる。やはり、薫酒かつ醇酒か。
