Today's sake is Naruto Tai from Tokushima 😀.
I actually bought this sake at a department store tasting 🤣.
The first few bottles I tasted were dry and a bit different, so I was about to leave when this sake was offered to me because it was the sweetest 😀.
Since I was offered this sake, I took it home and was not impressed with the taste at that time 🤣.
This time, I compared it with melon kijoshu and it was very fruity but not like melon😅.
But I was having trouble figuring out what fruit it was 🤣.
After the meal, his wife brought me a pineapple, the dessert fruit, and I finally understood by its smell and taste... it's a pineapple 😀.
I knew I had a stupid tongue to not know what it was until I ate the pineapple 🤣.
Mr. Yasube.
Good evening...
I see that you often compare drinks 🤩It takes courage to open several bottles at once and I can't drink so fast... Also, I like the Choice to compare drinks 👍Backside... 😁
Good morning Yasube 😃.
Looks like a classic dry 🤔Label says sake -22 😳It would be good for a kijoshu comparison 🤗Fruit analogy is difficult 😅we often have different impressions 😆.
Good morning Yasbay 😃.
Pinappo seems to be the first thing that comes to my mind... 😁 it's hard to describe the taste concretely as different people feel differently 😓I'm always abstract... 😅
Hi Yasbay 🐦.
Naruto sea bream has such an austere label 😳 because it usually has sea bream 😊and 🍍 flavor! I like both 🍈 and 🍍 so I'd like to drink both 😆.
Hi Koizo 😃
In my case, I can't comment on it without comparing the drinks 🤣.
And I don't open the bottle at once, I empty it in 4 days, comparing 4 bottles every day, so I open one bottle a day😇.
Hi Rafa papa 😀
You're right...I have a stupid tongue where pinapple is not the first thing that comes to my mind 🤣.
I've been enjoying noble melon for a long time and it seems I went in a different direction since it started because this is not a melon 😅.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
I too was surprised at the gap between the spiciness of the bottle and the sweetness and fruity flavor that jumped out at me when I tasted it 🤣.
Hi Pon-chan 😀
When I first saw the label, I too thought this is really Naruto sea bream❓😅.
Of course, there were other Naruto sea breams that I often see during the tasting, but I chose it for Kaorin because it was the most out of the Naruto sea bream line 😀.
Nigorinpic (3)
Today, I chose Harada-san, a sake from my hometown in Yamaguchi Prefecture 😀.
It's my hometown in Yamaguchi prefecture, but this is my first time to try Harada-san 😀.
I tasted it and took it home, but when I drank it slowly at home, I had a very different image of it 😳.
Anyway, I think it's the driest nigori sake I've ever had 😀.
You can just taste the strong rice flavor 🤣.
I had it cold today, but I'd like to try it lukewarm tomorrow 😀.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀
If you like dry nigori, you should definitely try Harada Fuyu 😀.
I tried it lukewarm today and Kaorin, who likes sweet sake, said she likes it lukewarm because it tastes better 😀.
The rice is said to be Axakari and Yamadanishiki.
Fruity and sweet.
It has a fresh taste that is typical of nama-zake.
It has a fresh and floral flavor. I thought it was easy to drink, but it was low alcohol.
I don't feel any gas, but there are bubbles in the glass.
I think it tastes sweeter after a few days 🤔.
Tottori Prefecture for the Japan Conquest 😀.
Tottori Prefecture was a challenge with Chiyomusubi's Nigori foam 😀.
Both the wife and I like nigori nigori fizzy, so we had no complaints 😀!
This sake Kanpai also made me feel very rich 😀.
The other day, I saw a comment on Sake-no-Wawa about a special sale of fully ripened banana sake at Senri Hankyu near my house 😀 I was very curious about it, so I took a look at Senri Hankyu on my way home from work today....
I was really curious about it, so on my way home from work today, I took a look at Senri Hankyu and sure enough... there it was 😀.
I also bought a lot of autumn salads in the store 😀.
It was a ripe banana, really a banana liquor 😀 It was a solid banana, but not too strong.
It was a very strong banana sake, but it never disturbed my taste buds, and it went well with the autumn fruit salad that I paired it with 😀.
The power of sake is truly amazing 😀.
By the way, my wife has issued a ban on buying alcohol until we finish moving, but I think it's increasing even more 😅.
How do you do, Yasbaye 😊.
I tasted it at Senri Hankyu the other day and posted 😁.
I was pretty drunk and couldn't tell the banana feeling, but I'm glad you could feel the ripe bananas 🤗.
Nice to meet you, bouken 😀.
Actually, I went to see it the other day after reading your comment 😀.
Thanks to you, I was able to enjoy some delicious sake 😀.
I see that you are close by, so please keep in touch with me 😀.
Thanks for your comment, Pon 😀.
It tasted exactly like the label, so it was very easy to tell 😀.
Yesterday, I also bought other sake along with this one, but only opened this one... it's definitely growing 😅.
Shimane Sake Fair Osaka - Extra Edition
At the Okuizumo booth, which was the last one we visited, Nemuchi-san asked if they had any banana yeast sake. He told us that they have banana yeast at Senri Hankyu. He said, "They have banana yeast at Senri Hankyu.
He also told me that there was an assistant toji at Senri Hankyu, so I went to Senri Chuo with Nemuchi-san.
I tasted the following
Okuizumo Junmai Ginjyo, fully ripened banana nama-zume
Okudumo Junmai Ginjo
I couldn't find anyone who looked like the assistant chief brewer, so I asked the waiter and he said he was heading to clean up for the Shimane sake event 😱.
I was expecting to taste ripe bananas, but Nemuchi and I felt it was too subtle, so we left as quickly as possible.
After that, we walked through the bamboo thicket and New Town to visit Yamamoto Sake Shop in Kitasenri, guided by Kinoshita Sake Shop.
Nemuchi-san was buying sake at each store while saying that his refrigerator was full 😁.
We walked about 1km from Senri-Chuo to Kita-Senri😅.
Sorry for taking you around, Nemuchi-san 🙇.
The last photo is a boar's mouth of the entrance present.
Shimaneko is so cute😻
Thanks for posting at the Shimane Fair, bouken 💦The boar cup is so cute 😻.
I see that you not only went to the event but also visited sake shops 😳and walked around with quite a lot of luggage 👣I really felt your love for sake 😆👍.
Good evening, Ponchan 😃.
Thank you for visiting 🙇 I was somewhat forced to bring her around as she rarely came to Chichu 🤣.
I actually attended for the boar's mouth 😸.
Today we had Suiyu, which I got at a tasting at Hankyu the other day 😀.
Suitama is a brother sake of my favorite Hanayuup, but I found it sweeter than Hanayuup, but my wife says it tastes more robust than Hanayuup😅.
I guess that's the great thing about sake, different people have different tastes 😀.
Good evening, Yasube!
Suidama is brewed exactly the same way as Hanayuup, except that the sake rice is made from Akita rice 🌾, so the difference in taste may be largely due to the difference in sake rice 😄.
T.KISO, nice to meet you.
You are indeed an expert on Akita sake.
I tried to compare different sake rice with Kaze no Mori before and was surprised at the difference.
Hanamup is also a very deep sake 😀.
Up to now, I have mainly chosen fruity, umami and sweet sakes, but this was my first attempt at a super-dry sake.
Since "tai" (sea bream) is in the name, I tried it with a meal consisting mainly of seafood, and the sake went well with it.
This sake taught me that the combination of sake and food is also important.
I have been waiting for this sake ever since I knew it was going to be released. I went to the Yamacho Umeda store, but they were all out of stock (although they have restocked it since then).
Sweet and fruity. Pineapple-like flavor. I was surprised or shocked to get this impression from Kubota. It's refreshing and very easy to drink. The low alcohol content also makes it easy to drink, which is in line with the current trend.
I drank Asahiyama nigori before, but it was sweeter and more gorgeous than that!
Good evening, bouken🌙
I've been curious about it too, but haven't had a chance to try it yet😅bouken's comment made me think I need to buy some before it's gone💦.
Good morning 😃
Do you want to make a reservation for this one before at the liquor store? They asked me about it but I didn't go through with it😱.
I regret my mistake when I see your review 😭
Good morning, bouken 👋
I'm curious about this one too and will probably buy it when I find it, but I haven't come across it yet because I haven't really looked for it yet😅.
Your review makes me want to buy one 😋.
Hello Ponchan 😃
I think you will be very satisfied with the costumers 😁.
Kubota has a lot of distributors, so I think it's not too late if you look for it!
Hi takeshon 😃
It was sweet when I drank it! I was surprised to hear that 😅The ginjo aroma on the nose was also very nice. Is it Isobeki's 🌸yeast 😯I hope it comes to department stores in Kansai around April 😊.
Hello etorannzyu😄
The announcement at the liquor store also said that the quantity was limited, but I thought it wasn't enough to pre-order 😅It seems that each store has a small number in stock.
Hi T-Kaji 😃
It was unexpectedly delicious and I drank almost all of it on the first day🤣You may be able to find it more at a department store than at a liquor store. Most department stores carry Kubota 🏬.
Good evening, bouken 😊.
I bought this Kubota today as it seems to be very well received. It looks so delicious⤴
There's a lot of lees 😊I'll open the bottle when it settles down as it got mixed up in the transport ✌.
Good evening, Mr. enoshima.
I see you bought it😊It's not the active type so you don't have to worry about it not spewing if it's mixed up 🤗I look forward to your review😃.
Tasted at the Senri Hankyu. It's a lightly muddy junmai sake with a rich aroma. The sake is said to be a little sweet, but it's not too sweet due to the high alcohol content, so you want to taste it slowly. We tasted three types of Kamotsuru, and bought this one for drinking at home.
Tasting at Senri Hankyu. This is a seasonal brew from the "Shitoji Shiki Sake" series. It was only fired once, so the flavor of the new sake is not lost, according to the company. "Slightly dry" label, but it was mild.
