みつAkebono Light has given me an image of a clear, crisp, easy-drinking, but dry wine!
I had an image of Akebono Light as being refreshingly crisp and easy to drink, but this is the opposite.
While retaining the umami of the rice, the aftertaste is sharp and the alcohol is strong. It has a strong aftertaste and a strong sense of alcohol while retaining the umami of the rice. みつIt is clear and dry, but with a hint of sweetness and a strong aroma of rice on the top. Tama-Asahi! I like it. I like it.
I was too drunk and forgot to put the brand name. I'm sorry. はちみつNorth Sea's new(?) brand(?)
I don't know much about North Sea, but this is very good. The taste is rather strong and not so sweet.
I'd like to drink it again.

It's a top-shelf, freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake, and it's unbelievably delicious.
It's freshly squeezed and delicious, and every time I go there, I want to ask for it, but since it's not available on the market, it's only available at the whim of the manager and the brewer.
I really recommend it.

14/20 Horai色おとこ Lady Killer純米大吟醸 はちみつDry even though it's 45% polished rice. Really good. The English commentary is also completely different from the Japanese, and it's well done. And it's just plain delicious and makes me want to drink it again.
The design is well done and when I see it, I want to drink it.
Please taste it. More importantly, visit the old river!

It smells like yogurt. It's so good I want to drink it for breakfast.

16/20 はちみつAriiso Akebono Organic Hatsuarashi Junmai Sake
It is my third favorite among the Hatsu Arashi varieties.
It's subtly dry but goes well with fish. When it is there, I always want to drink it.

Hot and delicious. Does it taste like tea? はちみつI drank it at room temperature. It's a little dry, well balanced, but something is missing. It has a bit of miscellaneous flavors, which I don't like, but that doesn't mean it's bad either.
