It's exclusive here, thanks to the manager's connections.
It's a top-shelf, freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake, and it's unbelievably delicious.
It's freshly squeezed and delicious, and every time I go there, I want to ask for it, but since it's not available on the market, it's only available at the whim of the manager and the brewer.
I really recommend it.

Dry even though it's 45% polished rice. Really good. The English commentary is also completely different from the Japanese, and it's well done. And it's just plain delicious and makes me want to drink it again.
The design is well done and when I see it, I want to drink it.
Please taste it. More importantly, visit the old river!

This is seriously delicious. This might be my favorite of all the muddy sakes.
It smells like yogurt. It's so good I want to drink it for breakfast.
It's on sale on the 22nd of every month.

Ariiso Akebono Organic Hatsuarashi Junmai Sake
It is my third favorite among the Hatsu Arashi varieties.
It's subtly dry but goes well with fish. When it is there, I always want to drink it.

I drank it at room temperature. It's a little dry, well balanced, but something is missing. It has a bit of miscellaneous flavors, which I don't like, but that doesn't mean it's bad either.
