At Tamura Honten, where we purchased it, there is also the rare Nabeshima, under the leadership of the fourth president, Mr. Tamura, who has been involved in its production since the previous generation. The selection of delicious sake is carefully selected and unique to the local area, and is always served at its best.
Kan Hokuto" (Tamanoi Shuzo, now 2011 - Kan Hokuto Shuzo, Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture) is the fruit of local passion, including "Tamura Honten" in Moji, Kitakyushu City, and has won five awards at the 2024 Fukuoka Prefecture Sake Competition, including the "Fukuoka Prefecture Governor Award" and "Gold Award. It is a proud sake with a very deep flavor.
The "Ji-imo Project Team" has been working hard to produce a sweet potato shochu called "Ji-imo" (Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Muhosho Shuzo), which is made by the producers, manufacturers, and retailers all in the city of Kitakyushu! It is a delicious syochu liqueur with a strong aroma of sweet potatoes and a broad, rich flavor.
With its gentle sweetness and smooth taste, amazake is easy to drink and is known as a "drinking infusion," and is very useful in preventing summer fatigue. It is non-alcoholic and rich in amino acids, making it a good nutritional supplement for children and the elderly who cannot drink alcohol. It is an easy-to-drink and delicious amazake without any peculiarities. Sarukuro's Amazake" has a different flavor from other amazake.
