Like Kitanohomare, it was purchased at a liquor store where Nemuchi and I stopped by after the Ogimachi Park event.
I'm not sure what brands they carry, but I get the impression that they stock a lot of Yamamoto, Eiko-Fuji, Chuai, and Yonesuru. I also wonder if they have a better stock of sake bottles.
The first impression is light and refreshing, and the second half has a chemical-like umami and a strong alty taste.
It's not my favorite type of flavor...
I don't think you can tell it's a daiginjo if you drink it blind.
When I drink it again, I feel acidity and a hint of sweetness.
I think the sweetness has increased a little, so the nuance that I don't like has lessened.
I don't care what you think, but isn't the balance bad because the seal on the bottle is the size of a bottle of raw sake? I thought so.
The regular brand name of this brewery is Ando Suigun, but Ajigasawa seems to be a PB of a sake wholesaler in Shizuoka.
Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi
The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅.
Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it.
It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.
Izumibashi Activated Junmai Nigori Sake - Lightly Fizzy
Dragonfly wintering egg and snowman label
The first nigorizake of the year!
There was a warning sign to open the bottle, but we opened it quietly🍾
The first glass is the top clear part!
The sweetness of the nigorizake is thick and the carbonation is smooth.
It's refreshing to drink😋.
From the second glass, the oli is mixed in
More mellow taste 🤤
The refreshing sweetness is accentuated by a slight bitterness.
It's gone in a flash!
After drinking in Kanagawa Prefecture, only Ishikawa and Tokushima Prefectures remain🤣.
It's the first time to drink Taisen Shiragiku. It is a sake made from three kinds of rice: Asahi rice from Okayama, Akebono rice, and Akihikari rice. It has a gassy yet fresh taste. It is a type of concentrated rice flavor. It's sweeter when it's hot than when it's cold. I think it's similar to something, but I can't remember.
It has a little bit of minerality, and it's not gorgeous, but it's sweet and delicious.
