bouken
It's the first time to drink Taisen Shiragiku. It is a sake made from three kinds of rice: Asahi rice from Okayama, Akebono rice, and Akihikari rice. It has a gassy yet fresh taste. It is a type of concentrated rice flavor. It's sweeter when it's hot than when it's cold. I think it's similar to something, but I can't remember.
It has a little bit of minerality, and it's not gorgeous, but it's sweet and delicious.

Maybe a little like the Katano cherry tree.
