Limited ✨✨✨ by "Ajino Machidaya." The best part (vocabulary) of "Kabutomushi" 💓 with hand-packed and directly pumped Paired with yellowtail (kama) daikon, horse sashimi and seasonal vegetables ✨✨✨. The acidity is nicer than last year😊💖. It washed away the smell of the fish so nicely. I enjoyed it to the end 💕🐟💕

The fruity sweetness of this dish was served cold and crisp ✨✨✨. We were on our way back from a trip to Okinawa and didn't have any ingredients. I struggled to make dinner, I was struggling to make dinner, but since the sake itself is pretty much complete, I think it was just a snack 😊💓 lol The mackerel and kohada/horse-meat yukke went well together ✨✨✨.

A beautiful sake with a perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and fizziness, and a sake that's not really sake in the good sense of the word ✨✨✨. The vibrancy when opening the bottle made my heart flutter (📸2nd picture)💓 I chilled it to the extreme and enjoyed it as a food sake like Champagne 🥂🥂. (I also enjoyed the aroma and flavor opening up as the temperature rose 💕) Since the wine is complete on its own, it may be great as an aperitif or after-dinner dessert wine, taking advantage of its sweetness, without thinking about pairing it with a meal ✨✨✨✨.

Second of 6 bottles of light nigori ✨✨✨. I feel the sweetness and aroma is opening up💓 It has a good balance of five flavors and goes well with any meal, so it's our family's beloved regular sake 🥂💕. Sunday was a delicious and enjoyable sake, from hanami (cherry blossom viewing) to balcony to room 😊🌸. We paired it with a spring meal of fresh shirasu, akamoku, hikaika, bamboo shoots, wakame seaweed, rape blossoms, etc. that we picked up in Shonan ✨✨✨.

Sunday night dinner with a couple 😊😊😊🥂💓 Ginjo aroma like peach and melon ✨✨✨ Elegant sweetness and umami ✨✨✨ We stocked up on the way home from our other house in Zushi Paired with fish and vegetables 💕🐟🐟💕. Sashimi (bigeye tuna, sea bream, and kombu-jime mackerel), Garlic butter sauteed meto squid, raw wakame seaweed, mekabu turnip with yuzu ponzu vinegar, etc. Happiness 💖.
