This is a very popular izakaya. We happened to get a last minute reservation!
I looked at the menu.
They have all famous sake! And they are inexpensive! I ordered sake, even though I don't even know what sake tastes like yet.
It was fruity and had a perfect balance of flavor! I would like to try it again.

This is the third drink I had on a day when I started drinking in the afternoon.
I remember it had a strong, mellow taste with a nice sharpness.

I saw it for the first time in an izakaya (Japanese pub) and I couldn't resist ordering it.
This is the Asahi Koh that got me interested in sake.
The first attack was very sweet, but the sweetness receded towards the finish, and it ended up being very refreshing to drink.
It is very fruity.
It's good as an after-dinner sake as well as a mid-dinner sake.
It would be good to pair it with sweets.
I don't know what it goes with, but I would like to try pairing it with sweets next time I encounter it.
It made me feel once again that Asahi Koh is delicious after all.
