It's so dense! The sweetness of the wine, the drops of water that trickle down the glass, and the astringent or bitter aftertaste, like a chocolate rummy, are all very rich. I tried it with a glass of wine, and it went well with it. There is a little gas, and every time I open the bottle, it makes a "pop" sound. The fourth day after opening the bottle, it was nice and rounded.

The bottle was opened with a discreet pop. The smell is my favorite acidic smell. When you drink it, the tip of your tongue chills. It is lighter than last year's, but it is more drinkable and thicker than other Kouei Chrysanthemums. I think it is thicker than other Kouei Chrysanthemums.
