The second Risshun Shibori is this "Snowy Matsushima". This sake was squeezed and bottled on February 4, the day of Risshun. When you open the bottle, you can feel the chirichiri-full life force. It has a good balance of tropical fruity and mellow flavor. Not only was it sweet and delicious, but the tangy bitterness that you feel when it goes down your throat at the end was also pleasant. Even after 3 days from opening the bottle, it was still a chirpy, energetic sake, and the umami seemed to have increased. Even my mother, who normally does not drink sake because it is a good luck charm, enjoyed the taste. Thank you for the delicious sake 😁. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%.

A sake that is exclusive to ●Maya. Basically, the kind you have to make a reservation to buy. Tamanomitsu and Otters were the first time I started drinking sake. Before 2018, I didn't drink any other sake 😅I thought sake was hit or miss 🙄. It has a freshness and strength that is typical of nama-shu. It has a dry but moderately sweet taste. I think it is sweeter than Tamanomitsu. I wonder if the higher the temperature, the sweeter the taste. Probably this sake is better at room temperature 🤔. I thought it was the same as the green labeled raw sake, but the green labeled raw sake is a bit sweeter, so I think it must be brewed separately. I know I keep saying this, but I think Tamanohikari's impression would change if they sold unfiltered, direct-drafted nama-shu. I guess they don't need to emphasize the character of the sake itself since it is supposed to be a food sake, but I think it's a waste... The brewery is not open to the public, so I shouldn't say too much, but I had a taste of the unfiltered draft on a tour of the brewery and it was very good.

I'm drinking Akita sake in a row, but I'm drinking them in the order of purchase 😅. I think Fukuoka sake will be next 🤔 I bought this at ●Maya because I thought it was rare to find raw sake of blazing manzan. It's sold in several stores, so I guess it's pretty well distributed in ●Maya? The rice used is Momota. Fruity and slightly effervescent. The juicy flavor spreads in the mouth. A little bitterness in the latter half.

We will be alternating between offline and home drinking posts for a while 😃. I was told by one of my sources that there is such a drink. I was told by a certain source that there is such a sake. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'm not sure. It's not written on the label but it's called Jungin at the store. I think it is based on the rice polishing ratio. I don't have much information about it, so I don't know the details, but is it a pink yeast or red rice? It tastes sweet but quite classic, like THE sake. There is a strong gap between the appearance and the taste. It is hard to drink as it is, so it is easy to drink with soda.

Thank you very much for the information you provided. I've always wanted to try a sake made with Gin-Karasu-boshi... The aroma is quite fruity. The aroma is quite fruity and the taste is calm, but with a hint of fruity sweetness. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy. There is a slight gassy feeling and a slight bitterness at the end. The second half of the bottle has a slightly strong alcohol taste. It's delicious, but I don't like the second half... After a few days, the sweetness seems to be stronger than when it was just opened. The 3rd and 4th ones I saw kino. drinking a berry type of space beer and I wanted to drink it, so I bought it 😋 It was delicious, like a sweet and sour smoothie 🍓.
