I bought this at ●Maya because I thought it was rare to find raw sake of blazing manzan.
It's sold in several stores, so I guess it's pretty well distributed in ●Maya?
The rice used is Momota.
Fruity and slightly effervescent. The juicy flavor spreads in the mouth. A little bitterness in the latter half.
