bouken
We will be alternating between offline and home drinking posts for a while 😃.
I was told by one of my sources that there is such a drink. I was told by a certain source that there is such a sake. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'm not sure. It's not written on the label but it's called Jungin at the store. I think it is based on the rice polishing ratio.
I don't have much information about it, so I don't know the details, but is it a pink yeast or red rice?
It tastes sweet but quite classic, like THE sake. There is a strong gap between the appearance and the taste.
It is hard to drink as it is, so it is easy to drink with soda.
