When I said I wanted to drink Shinsei once in a while, he said, "I have a rare one! So I tried Spark. Naturally, it tastes like a flax cat itself, but the refreshing fizz is irresistible! It's delicious!
This is the 3rd brand (apparently) of a sake brewery famous for Hakurakusei/Atago no Matsu. It is fire-aged, so it is not as fresh as it should be, but as a standard sake, it is quite well-balanced. I was able to drink it in one gulp.
I ordered this sake while I could taste it, as I had seen it a lot lately. It is characterized by its balance without any peculiarities. I think this kind of sake would shine if the food is the star of the show.
I felt that the freshly poured Iwagata tasted better, but I could enjoy it for a long time without losing the balance with the acidity even after a long time. Sake is very deep, isn't it?
I went to an "Insect Showdown" at my favorite restaurant and drank too much. I don't regret it.
The freshness of the freshly poured sake is superior to that of the Kuwagata, but when the temperature of the sake rises, the balance is lost and the Kabutomushi tastes better!
The alcohol content is in the 17 degree range, and the flavor, reminiscent of kijo sake, has a strong impact.
If you drink it thinking that it is a nama-shu, you will be betrayed, for better or worse.
It may be good as a food sake with strong flavored dishes. It is quite tough to drink by itself.
