Sake to support the recovery from the torrential rain disaster in Akita Prefecture. Originally brewed to be aged at low temperatures for a long period of time (over 10 years). It is fermented twice in the bottle to enhance its shelf life, and the sake contains carbon dioxide gas. It was released in hopes of reviving the area after the disaster.
