This is a mountain waste in Akaiwa Omachi. It has a strong taste, or rather deep... Sour and sweet on the palate. It's kind of a juicy eye. It has a bitter aftertaste and ends with a bittersweet taste. You can pour it over ice cream or over pancakes. I thought it would be delicious. preference ★★★★★

Hmmm! This is amazing. This is adult pineapple juice. The aroma is definitely tropical, but It's cleaner than I thought it would be, and it doesn't stay on the tongue. I think it goes well with cheese. A local liquor store in my neighborhood stocks a lot of CEL24s, so I'm so glad! preference ★★★★★

My friend gave me this as a birthday present. This is Yukifeng in Kubota. It's great cold, but it's great warmed up. The flavor is explosive. It's a great dish to drink while soaking in a snow-covered hot spring. Thank you so much! I like it ★★★★★.

It was so good that I bought it. Personally, I love this feeling. The sweetness sinks into your tongue. It's not super fruity. It's like a sweetness derived from rice. The flavor from the sake brewing is great. It goes well with pickles. I like it ★★★★★.

This sake was served in a relaxed tatami room. It is Furekusyu of Rokkusen. Sweet on the palate, grainy aroma like a fresh sake. It goes well with Pesola pickles, a specialty in Yamagata. I think it's a good idea to drink this in the summer or something. I like it.

This had a huge impact. The look and the degree. Yuzo Special of Southern Beauty. It has a strong flavor of rice and a high alcohol content. According to my research, it's better when it's warmed up. I'm going to try to warm up the higher strength Orikarami. I like it ★★★☆☆.

Sake from Yamagata continues here. My first grandchild's Dewa Sanshu, Junmai Daiginjo sake brewing. It's easy to drink smoothly and has a nice aroma that goes through the nose. The aftertaste lasts a long time. I like it ★★★★★.

Since I'm in Yamagata, I'm going to introduce you to a girl I found at the supermarket. This is Jusui's special Junmai, unfiltered lightly gorified. Smells like yogurt and dairy products. In the mouth, it has a refreshing muscat-like taste. At 18% alcohol, it has a strong attack, but the mellow sweetness of the rice is a nice touch that lingers on. So_1F969 with a rich, oily dish I like it ★★★☆☆.
