This is a product that won a gold medal in the SAKE category of the IWC (International Wine Challenge), the world's largest wine competition, which we see a lot these days. I can't help but pick it up when I see this seal on it... This is my first time to drink a sake from Tochigi prefecture. Shichimizu's Yamada Nishiki 40%. It is a sake that was pressed in a bag for the sake competition. To be honest, I didn't have very high expectations, but when I sipped it, the sweetness of the rice spread and tightened up, and it was a very tasty sake with a punch that could stand up to even the strongest of dishes.

Good evening. I found Nanamizu Junmai Ginjo and Nanamizu DRY8 at a liquor store in K-city that I often visit, and after some hesitation, I bought DRY8. I'm thinking of trying a different kind of Nanamizu.

It is a sake with the concept of being a Junmai Daiginjo that can be drunk easily. As the number 45 indicates, the sake is polished to a very high level, so the depth is shallow and a bit lacking in my opinion. However, as the concept suggests, the Daiginjo is very good at this price.

I live in Fukuoka Prefecture, so I'm not a big fan of Fukuoka sake, but this Kitaya sake is very good. The breed is Gin no Sato, which is as fragrant as Yamadanishiki. It is slightly dry, with a deep sweetness that unfolds. It is very similar to Shigemasu in the same area (Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture).

Yesterday, I had a special junmai of the same brand, and today I had a junmai ginjo nama sake. The label is cute. I can feel the difference between the special junmai sake and the junmai ginjo that I drank yesterday. This one has a strong aroma and goes well with food. It has a slightly fizzy feeling in the mouth, and the sweetness spreads. It has a fruity aroma on the back end. It is a sake that will be well received by women.

I drank it for the first time. The aroma is gorgeous, and it has a crispness that is not trendy. When you put it in your mouth, it has a tangy and dry taste, but the aroma of rice lingers in the aftertaste. It will go well with any kind of food. It is a great value for money.
