The aroma spreads in the mouth as soon as you drink it, and you feel a bit of a shuffle. It is sweet but light, refreshing and clean. I felt like guzzling it down. I had a sake called "Ura Gassan" at an izakaya in Shimane, but this sake gave me a different impression.

I went on a trip to the brewery to buy some. I can drink it with gusto. I love sake 🍶 which I rarely encounter in Kansai.
