The good taste of water and rice nurtured by the land of Iwate is brought out to the maximum by the method of "Onko Chishin". It has a crisp and clean taste, but also has a full flavor of the rice. It is a slightly fizzy nigorizake packed with freshly squeezed water.
Limited Winter Sake
It's a carbonated nigorizake, which is a very different type of sake. I was a little nervous about what it would taste like, but when I tried it, it was easy to drink and delicious.
Although it's a nigorizake, it's not too thick, and although it's slightly fizzy, it tastes like sake and is easy to drink even though it's dry.
