Home brewed MiCURA. junmai ginjo. Light and dry. During the brewing process, the fridge was full of citrus smell. I'm drinking it with prosciutto ham as a snack.
Sango Kura, Junmai Ginjo. Calrose, 60% milling rate. The range of alcohol is a charm. I heard that alcohol cannot be added in the U.S. for tax reasons.
MURA MURA, canyon. Total wine's private brand, I think. I think it's a private brand of Total wine. It's refreshing, and it's good to drink it a little chilled.
