Strong flavor when served cold
A little refreshing when served cold
It is sweet when lukewarm.
I bought it because I heard it was recommended by Rui, but in many ways it was unexpected🤔.
This is the first time I drank a sake called Hybrid.
From the moment you put it in your mouth, you can feel the umami.
There is a dry alcoholic taste on the way, but the umami remains in the aftertaste as well.
This is a sake that can be drunk many times over.
It has a feeling (abstract) that only new sake can have, but
If you say it's dry, you're right, it's sweet but not sweet, it's clean and easy to drink.
Is this what you call the umami of rice?
This time I drank it hot!
The moment you put it in your mouth, you feel the sweetness, but when it goes down your throat, you feel the robust umami and alcohol (or is it spiciness?).
Rather than being a sake for eating, I thought it was something that could be drunk on its own.
It's not as spicy as the name implies, and it's easy to drink - I was surprised!
It has a dry throat feeling, but it is so smooth that you might think it is a daiginjo. It's so smooth that you'd think it was a daiginjo!
It definitely doesn't get in the way of your food! Such an impression!
It's pretty easy to drink. It's too refreshing when it's cold, or worse, it's not full-bodied. At room temperature, you can taste the sweetness and the deliciousness that comes down your throat.
