It has a slight yellowish water color. Very thick sake.
The aroma is tropical, like pineapple, and the taste is loud and sweet. A slight bitterness later.
It has a subtle sweetness, followed by a spiciness that leaves you wanting more. It is the type of sake that is smooth and easy to drink. When I drank it with cherries, the sweetness increased and it left a slight aftertaste.
It had a soft, faintly sweet aroma, sweet on the palate but tingling on the tongue after passing down the throat. The sourness increased as it approached room temperature.
