Some peach and banana fruit notes. Juicy and full, with a pleasant sweetness and acidity. Smooth and well-balanced transition from the first taste to the middle and end. A little bitterness in the aftertaste tightens the whole, so you will not get bored. It has the flavor and sweetness of rice, but it is not unpleasant. There are nuances of fruit, and it's as good as it gets! Very delicious!

Slightly apple-like aroma. Sweetness that is half fruit and half rice, a little gassy and fluffy. Sweet to full, with a light finish and a short aftertaste. A bit of bitterness remains, but it's not overpowering or heavy. It's sweet and delicious, but not overpowering, not overly fruity, and perfectly balanced. It might go well with dashi-rolled eggs or thick fried tofu.

Slightly sweet attack with a slightly thick mouthfeel. Yogurt-like, sour taste. More lactic than fruity. The flavor is moderately thick, with a long lingering aftertaste. As time goes by, the yogurtiness diminishes and it becomes moderately sweet and tasty. I drank it with Khachatra, and it goes well with it, maybe even with western food.
