I bought this drink about a month ago and have been trying to figure out when to drink it.
Because I kept it too long, it was solidified at the bottom. I mixed it like crazy after I opened it.
The taste is somewhat reminiscent of bananas with a touch of foam and a clean rice flavor.
I wondered if it was sweet from the appearance and alcohol content. I thought it would be sweet, but it's not as sweet as I thought.
It also has a nice crisp taste.
You won't get tired of drinking it, so you can go on and on!
I personally like the dryness and the taste similar to the nigori of Shichibon鎗.
Moreover, the alcohol is 13 degrees, so it is easy to drink.
Senkou is not a disappointment.
I've only had two kinds of Senkou and I'm not sure what to say!
I paired it with cream cheese, but this was a mistake.
I paired it with some Korean seaweed that I happened to have, and it was excellent.
The seaweed has a lot of saltiness and flavor, and Senkoh Naturals Nigori Sake is great!

I bought this in November and it was delicious, so I bought it again.
I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy a bottle or two 4-packs, but I figured if I could taste the fresh schwarma twice, I'd buy two 4-packs this time.
At first, it was the active nigori shuwa shuwa, but then it became dry and less alcoholic.
It is clearly not a sweet sake, but the alcohol is not too strong either.
The taste is not at all peculiar, and it is easily absorbed from the tongue to the throat.
It has a faint taste like a wooden barrel.
The aftertaste is also very sharp.
There are coarse grains of rice in the nigori, but when you bite into it, the flavor overflows.
I love the taste of these rice grains.
I never get tired of drinking it.
It becomes a habit and you drink too much one after another.
This time, I drank it with steak, and it was a perfect match.
I drank about three cups of it with one steak!
But I was relieved to know that I bought another bottle!
I wish they would make it all year round!

Just bought yesterday!
First of all, the aroma in the glass is super great.
At first there is a very light fizz, then a hint of alcohol, then a nice Yamada Nishiki flavor, and then a nice sweetness.
The sweetness is not overpowering. Rather, it is a pleasant sweetness.
The taste like eating a fruit stays in the mouth all the time.
The aftertaste is also a little bit alcoholic, but the lingering flavor and aroma that I personally like goes away slowly.
It's a dangerous drink that will keep you coming back for another sip and another sip.
I've had other drinks where the alcohol is 17 degrees, but
But this one doesn't make you think it's 17 degrees alcohol.
It's more fruity and full of flavor.
Compared to the year-round version of the same 3-star white that I had about a month ago, this one is much less alcoholic. The full year version was quite alcoholic. (The alcohol is the same 17 degrees).
I wondered if it would be so good if it was made in the middle.

Matsu no Tsukasa Junmai Nigori Sake

Matsu no Tsukasa's Nigori is only available in one bottle. I was not sure if I could drink it by myself, but I decided to buy it.
As a result, I think I finished drinking it in about 5 days.
I don't know how to describe it, but it's a nigori sake with the essence of "Matsunohji" in it, with a touch of sweetness.
In short, it was delicious!
We'll meet again at the end of the next year.

Two months ago, my memory tells me that this is a delicious sake that was not gentle on the first sip but started to show its head in the mouth.
I think I emptied it in 3 days. (That's pretty fast for me).
I wish I could buy sake from here closer to home.
The brewery that awakened my love for sake when I drank another type of sake from this a long time ago.

The sweetness and bitterness come in good balance with a hint of foam. It is refreshing with a lingering aftertaste.

Kaze no Mori Akitsuho Kyokumi Arabashiri
For the record #03 Early Jan.
It has a light sweet taste that is surprisingly refreshing.
I was expecting it to be a bit more springy and heavy on the palate.
My personal opinion is that it has a milder impression compared to Kaze no Mori Akitsuho 65 which is sold all year round.
