It's been a while since I've had a drink or changed my phone. I was impressed when I drank it for the first time, and I still love it. Now, I drink it while eating dried grapes. The rosé of sake is well said. I'd like to pair Ine's fish with Mukai's sake again. Recently I've been drinking sake from Kyoto. I threw away the bottle, but I drank Tamagawa's Daiginjo. There was a boom in Yamahai-zukuri, but somehow I'm getting back to Daiginjo.

The scent is gorgeous. The aroma is gorgeous, like a perfume with an image of white flowers. The way it is drunk, it is sweet like German high-sugar white wine, and the aroma of full rice on the breath makes me think it was a Japanese sake. I think it was Japanese sake.

「京都の酒造好適米『祝』を100%使用した純米吟醸酒です。米の風味をしっかりと感じてもらえる、旨口でのど越しのよい、辛口のお酒です。」 色は澄んでいて、穏やかな鉱物のような香り。飲み口はシャープで口の中に痺れが残り、鼻の方に抜けるに連れて微かなライチのような香り、爽やかな木の香り、ぬるくなると甘みが強くなる。味は膨らみがある。後味は炊きたての米のような甘み。
