This is a refined sake from the Megumi Akagi series, for which the shochu is famous. It is a little spicy, but I felt it has a good flavor.

Slightly dry, and I found it to be perfect for this time of year when drinking it cold. I'm told it's wood-brewed...I can't wait to see the difference.
