Why light? It's 13.5 degrees, though. It's easy to drink and doesn't interfere with food. It's a little sweet, so it's up to you to decide if you think it's "unobtrusive" or not.
Forgot to take a picture. Sake served at my parents-in-law's house. I don't understand the meaning of the strange label "I won't cheat on you anymore". It is slightly sweet and easy to drink.
Sweet, dark and heavy (positive) is my first impression. At first, my mother, who likes dry sake, frowned at it. However, as she drank more and more of it, she began to enjoy it more and more, and finished it in no time at all. It doesn't become stubborn at all until the end, so you can feel satisfied that you have drunk sake.
The sweet aroma made me think, "Dry?" But it was refreshing when it went down my throat and didn't leave any aftertaste, so I figured it out. My mother loved it.
