Resist the temptation to open the bottle. Delicious! I need to chug it! It's light as water. You can feel the flavor from the beginning. Carbonated. It's refreshing, like an orange It leaves a sizzling goodness at the end. For me, the Natural World is not only delicious It's a fun sake to drink. I regret that I gave in to temptation and opened it. It's just delicious. You won't regret drinking it.

The hottest special junmai in Tatsumi Midsummer Dry +13 It's drinkable, so less than one cup is enough for a smoke. Muscat in one hand and a palate cleanser in the other. It's just enough to drink. And it fits surprisingly well. A complete farewell to the bunch (tabane). I used to be a big believer in the idea of dryness. It wasn't like that at all. I just didn't know how to drink.

I'm running low on it. I can drink it every day and never get tired of it. Well, today. I haven't been scolded at work in years. I didn't pack enough punch. "You're only as good as your word. At the age of self-reflection. The meaning of those words sticks even as they fall into my stomach. It loosens those tense strings. Less than one cup of sake. A good change of pace for me. Today's sake is a delicious and fragrant one. It's a mildly sweet grape-type sake. The aroma comes back on the palate. It has a little more bitterness than the usual flavor and sweetness. Did I drink it too slowly?

Bright purple. I like the label. I like the explanation on the back. "Six employees of Fukushima Prefecture Minami Sake Sales Co. After opening the bottle. For a moment, I'm not sure if it smells like sake. Afterwards, it has a rich aroma like sweet wine. The texture is rather crisp and clean on the palate. It remains underneath with a spicy taste at the end. You can enjoy it in a well-balanced way because you can feel the sweetness and the deliciousness without bitterness. And if you're a dry lover, it might not be enough. It may not even be enough to focus on sweetness and flavor. But you'll enjoy the aroma and balance.

A reminder. Don't chisel it. Put it in your mouth in one gulp, and as you swallow it, feel the aroma coming out of your nose as best you can, it's so wonderful! You can taste it with your tongue, but you can also enjoy it with your sense of smell.

It took me roughly 10 days to open a quadruple bottle and drink it down twice as fast. The reason for this is the ease of drinking. Mature rum and cider feeling. I love the juiciness and freshness of it. It's a great summer drink to replace beer. When you start to open the bottle, you feel like the cork is going to blow off with a "pop". However, the carbonation is not too much, it's a very slight carbonation. The label and cap are adorable.

This is like a giant grape wine! In a deep glass, the aroma is really grape. I personally prefer it on the first day of opening because it has the most carbonation. After the third day, the carbonation is almost entirely out of the bottle and very, very slight. The first sip of grapes, the scent leaves your nose. The flavor and sweetness spreads in your mouth without being overpowering. This is delicious. If you like mellow and sweet, it's perfect for you.

I mean, I don't normally drink four-package bottles, and they're cheap, so. Purchased by accident. It's so good. Melon candy. I want to hold it in my mouth and keep it there. I can't stand it. Not that it's too sweet. It has a nice balance of flavor and sweetness. It is a delicious drink that you can enjoy the aroma in your mouth.

森嶋の雄町を飲んで印象的だった。 今度は十四代。 旨味がすごい。 怒涛の勢いで3杯目に飲んでで、 酔いもあるはずなのに、 加えて、少量なのに口いっぱいに旨味、甘みが広がる。 口の中で完熟いちご の水風船が爆発したみたい。 最後にシュッと辛味がきてスッキリするからなお美味い。 はぁー、美味い。 お金を積まなくたって美味い酒はいっぱいある！ と思いつつ、やっぱり美味いもんは美味い。

震災の献杯酒、ゴールデンスランバー （詳細はGoogle先生へ） さけのわ、にはなかったから、 全国流通よりはどちらかというと地元復興も兼ねてだと思われる。 私も東北にいたこともあり、ストーリー含め深く味わう。 さて、口いっぱいに含むと、 奥の方からじわぁぁっとメロンっぽさのような旨味が込み上げてくる。 メロンのような甘ったるいのではなく、 香りと辛味がほぼ同時にきて、 香り豊かに広がったと思ったら、 最後少しだけピリッと締まる。 美味しい。

居酒屋にて。 山形の酒といえば高木酒造さんの十四代 けど飲んでみたかったのは、これ。朝日鷹。 まず、注いでる時点でとろぉーっとしてる。 軽口で油断してたらふわっと酒の香りがきて風味豊か。 「十四代補正」してるはずのはいえ、 旨味も残って値段と旨さの差があるとても飲みやすい。 山形の店で70mlくらいで270円。

旨味、苦味、酸味、辛味、それぞれが波立つように感じるのに、嫌に感じない不思議なお酒 「バランスが良いお酒です！」と勧められたが、たしかにその通り。 以下余談。 飲み比べは楽しくて違いを味わって さらに美味しく感じるのだが、 酒の減りも加速させることが分かった。 1本開けたら向き合い続けることにする。 最後の楽しみとして、1合だけ比べよう。

3本同時並行して飲み切ってしまった。 中でも、森嶋純米大吟醸。 味の変化が驚きだった。 開栓後10日から旨味が増す。 正直、酒飲んでで同じ酒がこんなに変化したのを感じたのは初めて。 後半になればなるほど、旨味が強調されていった印象。 開栓当初は「ちょっと優過ぎる飲み口かな」という印象だったけど、 空ける今は旨味がじわぁーっと残るような別の酒になった印象。 こういう酒もあるんですね。 美味しくて面白くて楽しい。
