Post #8. The series I bought to drink on New Year's Eve, part 2 What the hell is this? It's too good! I thought it would have a unique lactic acid fermentation type aroma, but it has a wonderful oriental flavor and a noble sake sweetness! Above all, the sharpness is so good that I was impressed. I thought it was a shame that it was only 300ml, but this is definitely a sake that will ruin people.

Post #7. Bought this series to drink on New Year's Eve, part 1. The aroma is fruity, and when you drink it, you get a pleasant sensation that goes right to your nose. The sweetness of this beer is moderate, but it is still sweet enough that it flows with the flavor. Above all, this fizzy feeling is good! It almost tastes like a Sprite. It would be great to toast with this.

Post #6. No! This is so good, holy crap! I usually don't like dry sake and avoided it, but I'm glad I took the plunge and bought this. The aroma is subdued, but as soon as you drink it, you can feel the sweetness and the fullness of the flavor, and then it fades away with a refreshing acidity, and you can feel a tangy bitterness in the aftertaste that is not unpleasant. I thought the total balance of this sake was superb.

The fifth post This time it will be plum wine. It has a sour taste and a trace of bitterness in the aftertaste. It has a slight bitter aftertaste, but it's good because it gives it a refreshing taste. It's also a nice unsweet plum wine. If you like it sweet, it would be delicious with Mitsuya Cider.

Post #4. This is a pick from what I've had in the past. Oh no, it's as good as it gets, Jyushiyo! Sweet! Delicious! And extra sharp too! Even so, the overall feeling is one of softness and cohesion. In a word, it's the best.

Post #3. I picked this up from something I've had in the past. To be exact. "When the squeezed sake was heated and aged in reverse, it underwent a dramatic change in color, aroma, taste, and all other aspects of "sake liberation"! This is the golden Junmai Ginjo that Takashimizu has achieved. This is the new frontier of Japanese sake." is the name. It's so long. Aged, or old sake, or whatever you call it... The aroma is deep and sweet, the mellowness is unique, and above all, it's beautiful! No, I feel the awesomeness and possibility around the area where this is far from being aged or old sake.

Second post. I drank some of this before I took a picture... I guess the aroma is a hint of fruity. The sweetness and deliciousness of the drink was strong and spread through my mouth all at once, ending with a nice bitterness. This is a good one, isn't it?

This is my first submission. The aroma was fruity, the sweetness and spiciness were just right, and the aftertaste was sharp, so it was a very tasty drink.
