This time it will be plum wine.
It has a sour taste and a trace of bitterness in the aftertaste. It has a slight bitter aftertaste, but it's good because it gives it a refreshing taste.
It's also a nice unsweet plum wine.
If you like it sweet, it would be delicious with Mitsuya Cider.
