Banshuikkon純米吟醸 超辛 播州山田錦

No! This is so good, holy crap!
I usually don't like dry sake and avoided it, but I'm glad I took the plunge and bought this.
The aroma is subdued, but as soon as you drink it, you can feel the sweetness and the fullness of the flavor, and then it fades away with a refreshing acidity, and you can feel a tangy bitterness in the aftertaste that is not unpleasant. I thought the total balance of this sake was superb.
