Sake brewed with sake rice grown by Hogi Medical without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Oh, so that's how it's supposed to be! I am so ashamed of myself for thinking that it was such a storybook type of sake, It was a very short time for a two-part bottle, but it was a very worthwhile time, especially with the background of the sake's production.
