The Jikon is dry? The Jikon is dry, but with just the right amount of spiciness to go down your throat easily💕🥺
I was so impressed with the taste of Jyushiyodai that I was recommended Ichigin as a similar sake.
It's a little different from the taste of the Jyuoshiyo, but it's crisp and easy to drink.
I want to repeat it again.

I'm having it with some Kita-Akita, charcoal-grilled chicken I got at Costco, and it's drinkable as hell!
