This bottle was given to me as a souvenir from an acquaintance's visit to Ise Jingu Shrine.
It was gorgeous and delicious, so I will leave a record of it.
While other brands require refrigeration, this one could be hand-carried at room temperature.
Kanano-no-chi was also very tasty, so I can only imagine what the other brands, with their quality control, would taste like.
I would definitely like to repeat my visit to this sake brewery if I have the chance.

I think this brand is really swinging towards a fruity taste.
The refreshing white peach soda-like mouthfeel is quickly followed by a gorgeous aroma of rice that spreads through your nose!
It is perfect as an aperitif or an in-between-dinner drink in summer!

Delicious.
Sweet like a fine fruit. Plus slight carbonation.
I drank it in 2 days and I can enjoy the change of expression, the first day is rich aroma and clear carbonation, the second day is rich sweetness. Both are delicious and I enjoyed it twice.

I've been busy and haven't been able to empty it, but I enjoyed it at this time.
Although it is not as rough as Spring, it has a refreshing taste that spreads in your mouth the moment you drink it, and at the end, like Houraisen, it has an aftertaste like drinking pure water.
I am grateful to live in Tokai and to have found this brand.

Tonight, it is served with sashimi of sea bream. It is the best.

Horaisen但馬強力 純米

I had a chance to visit a sake brewery and got some sake sold on a scale.
It is totally different from the pure water-like drinking of the commercial product Houraisen. From the very beginning of drinking, it has a rich aroma of fruit. Even after opening the bottle, the aroma changes to a fuller one. It's the first sake I've ever had that tasted better on the second day than it did right after opening the bottle!

This sake is best served hot! The aroma is as full as its name! (Maybe we didn't heat it up enough, but it has a slightly twisted aroma. (I guess I didn't heat it up enough, or it smelled a bit twisted, but that's to be expected from an aged sake.
