We enjoyed the sake we received for dinner. San'in sake is best in winter (heated). The matured aroma that tends to bother me when cold is rounded out when heated. It can also be used as a "food sake" without being overpowered by food.

It was a gift. I was told it was recommended to be served cold, but it was also delicious warmed. (But if I were to buy it myself, I honestly think the price would be too high.)

It was served crisp and chilled. The drink is gorgeous and delicious. As the name suggests, it has a spring-like feel. My wife, who drank it with me, commented. "This will be a hit with the girls." I thought she was right. (Of course, as a guy, I was also very satisfied.)

The last time I drank it was extra hot. This time, it was even hotter than that. It tastes good both warmed and cold, but I personally recommend heating it up to make the dryness stand out. It is delicious!

Gorgeous aroma from the refreshing slight carbonation. It is one of my favorite sake among the sake I have had so far. And the price is reasonable. It is the best! (I have had Akitsuho 507 before, but I personally prefer Oumachi because of its more gorgeous aroma)
