It was very refreshing and tasty, and I couldn't believe that it was a pure sake! It was nice to have it with the tofu, which was cooked in a strong bonito broth (^^)
Kirinzan from Niigata
The liquor store staff told me it was best to drink it hot or lukewarm, but I forgot and drank it cold. It was good cold, but probably better hot. The description says it is light and soft, but it is also very sake-like and mild 🍶🍶🍶.
Mutsu Hachisen, a raw sake, was served in a wine glass as recommended by the restaurant staff. It was rich in flavor and unexpectedly refreshing and delicious ^_^.
It has a loose feeling but a deep flavorful orikara. It is said to be fruity, but I can't stand Junmai sake lovers who don't feel that way too much. Delicious 😋.
