The word "Jikin" is used in the following words It means "to live life to the fullest in the present moment, without being bound by the past or the future. This season, the koji molding was slightly changed. I heard that the "bitterness" was suppressed more than usual. It was my first time to drink it, so I couldn't tell the difference. I was happy to be able to enjoy this rare product, which is only produced during this season.
