Dry is dry, but a Junmai Ginjo with umami flavor! This sake can be enjoyed well chilled and gradually brought to room temperature. Sake from Nagasaki and Iki is quite high grade. Thanks for the treat ^_^

I'm still pushing for Omachi these days! It is mellow, full-bodied, and delicious. Perfect for summer sake! I'll buy it when I find it again.

Buy it for home drinking! 55% polished and 100% Miyamanishiki. Morishima-san serves it to us every season! I think it's originally a pre-winter sake, but it has a rich taste! It is a gem that shows off the goodness of the rice.

A dark, unpasteurized sake. We were able to get one of the last bottles, and we were very satisfied! Thank you very much for the food.

With beef tongue shabu shabu! We didn't get a chance to open the brewery this year, so let's make a toast, dreaming of next year! It's great that they are able to offer the best quality this year without changing the affordability.) I'm grateful for that (^^)

What can I say, I love Special Junmai(^^) Aroma and taste of dark rice, refreshing taste I can't describe it in one word, "dry". The design of the label is also quite flying. This is also my first time to taste it despite its fame ^_^. Thank you for the food!

We had it in Yamahai before, but this time it's unfiltered, unpasteurized, 72% polished sake! Okayama, Hyogo, Shimane and Tottori are at a high level! It's a very good sake!

It was my first time to try Miyamanishiki Fuyunishiki sake rice, but this sake has a mellow aroma and is moderately crisp with a hint of sweetness. It is a perfect match for Japanese food and nabe. It may be because we got it freshly opened, so it smelled even fresher. I've become a fan of this sake too! Thank you for the treat (^^)

It's called Momoten, Junmai Ginjo Unigori Nama Genshu! It's gorgeous, fruity and goes well on its own or with food! If you like white wine, you can't go wrong! Thank you for the meal (^^)
