I received "Bi" for Christmas 🎄 which was 3 days late due to an overseas business trip. It is an elegant sake with just the right amount of sweetness. I enjoyed it with Christmas cake.

I had a chance to drink Tenbi in Yanai City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, where I was traveling, after having missed the chance to drink it since its acquisition. It was a memorable experience with the sound of the bottle being opened, the wonderful shubashubashubashubashubashubashubashubashubashi feeling, and the delicious taste that can be enjoyed with food.

I visited Fuji Shuzo on a trip to Izumo and bought a bottle of this wine, which I enjoyed at my hotel in Izumo City. The more I drank, the more delicious it became. It was a very delicious sake.
