Omakase course at Sushi Hidetora, considered the best in terms of cost performance✨. The last one was Tobiroki. It's been a while since I've had it, but it's still delicious 😆. As the rumors say, Sushi Hidetora serves a huge amount of food...^^; I guess women can't eat all of it. We couldn't get a seat at the counter, so we had to sit at a table, but sushi is not complete without a seat at the counter.

Omakase course at Sushi Hidetora, considered the best in terms of cost performance✨. The fourth is also in Nagano's Hokushin style. Kotara is a brewery that I have never seen before. The bright red label with gold letters is impressive. It is said to be dry, but the umami flavor is so strong that it doesn't feel that way. It also has a moderate sweetness. It is quite tasty 😃.

Omakase course at Sushi Hidetora, considered the best in terms of cost performance✨. The third is Daishinshu in Nagano. The third one is Daishinshu in Nagano. This is the first summer sake I've had. This is the first summer sake I've had, and it's so easy to drink that you'll be moving on to the next one in no time.

Omakase course at Sushi Hidetora, considered the best in terms of cost performance✨. The second is Nabeshima. I've never had this one before. It has a sweetness that is typical of Nabeshima but restrained for a Nabeshima ❓ This is good for a mid-meal drink.

Omakase course at Sushi Hidetora, considered to be the best in terms of cost performance✨. We started with a summer staple, Senkou's Kabutomushi. It is light and tasty with just the right amount of acidity and sweetness. It tasted like it was made by Sentori.
