100% Hiroshima-grown medium-grown Shin-Senbon.
It is a very satisfying and delicious sake with a thick, rich flavor that is aptly described as "quiet sourness.
It is different from "sweet and sour" in that it has a delicious acidity that quietly pervades and covers the entire tongue with its delicious flavor and sweetness. The strawberry-like aroma that emerges only after swirling.
It is not a "just for now" kind of sake.
Sanyotsuru Tokusen Ginjo
Slightly alcoholic, with a slight sake odor. Sake quality is clear and smooth. There is no sense of depth of flavor. It is an easy-drinking sake. Moderately dry.
