I'm at the Saijo Sake Festival.
It's a great crowd 😳
First of all, we had a barrel of Sanyo Sake 🙏.
It's quite reasonable at 100 yen for 60ml 🙄.
Well, I guess that's festival price 😆.

Sweetness is firm.
There is a moderate cedar aroma from the barrel. The cedar aroma is soft and fluffy. This may be the softest barrel sake I've ever had.
This kind of moderate flavor is very special for festivals 🤗.
