We had a comparison of three kinds of sake.
From right
Junmai J70
It has a mellow rice aroma and a lingering sourness. It is calm and the acidity is not too strong.
Daiginjo-nama-genshu
Very mellow, with a sweetness that fills the mouth. It leaves a rich aftertaste. It makes you want something refreshing.
Junmai Daiginjo KUBO
It has a light, refreshing taste, and a good balance between dry and fruity. I liked it because it was the easiest to drink.
The last part is a bit vague because I was drunk, but I was very satisfied because I could enjoy the various drinks!
