This Sake has a light aroma and at first sip there is a light apple flavor which compliments the sugary taste. What is exciting for me is the smooth and full mouth feel that lasts for a short while then quickly disappears leaving a clean aftertaste. I have always liked Sake from the Niigata area and this is my first time trying this Sake. What a nice surprise.
