Sake Expo 2025 SAKE EXPO⑤. Kawazu Sake Brewery is often seen at events held at the Kintetsu Department Store. I thought, "Well, I've never tasted sake before," and went there. I have only tasted the fire-brewed Hanayuki in the past. I drank Hanayuki Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu I was curious about this one when I saw that there was a raw version. I liked it because it had an even richer sweetness than the hi-ire version. Junmai Unfiltered Hanayuki Ageha Sparkling It was delicious with no peculiarities and mainly sweetness, but I did not buy it because of the price and the stopper that looked difficult to open. Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu No sweetness at all, quite dry and crisp. Dry like Yamaboshi. Nama-hoshi-ishu, freshly squeezed and unpasteurized. I was curious about the use of rice I had never heard of called Akigeshiki. Is it Kumamoto's rice rice? It was quite sweet and tasty with a strong umami flavor. To be honest, I was wondering if this one would be okay too 😅😅 but I bought the Hanayuki. But I bought Hanayuki😅.

I knew it would be raw Hanayuki 🥰. This one is super sweet, so if you drink it at home, the second half of the bottle will get old😅.

Hello, tomo-san! I'm not sure if it's a good idea to drink it like a sake 🤔.
