Drinking at my parents' house
Souvenirs from Kumamoto trip No.4
(Just after opening the package)
Drink it cold
It tastes very light in the mouth.
Woody nuance like other Kumamoto sake
It has no bitterness and a clean aftertaste.
It tastes better at a warmer temperature than cold sake.
Hana Yuki booth in Kumamoto Prefecture.
I had previously purchased "Hanasetsu" at a department store in Fukuoka.
I had an impression that it was a bit millein-like.
Junmai Daiginjo Nanaho Snake🔴.
Akimizu
My memory is really slipping here.
Shichihoda is an obfuscated kanji sake.
Akimizu is a special junmai.
The next drink was entrusted to my children. (Of course, he is an adult). I picked this one up at the Kumamoto Kawazu Sake Brewery booth that was open at Kintetsu.
He recommended this one when he asked for something cool and refreshing, as it had been getting hot recently.
Shichihoda" is a demon that bites a person and after seven steps the person dies.... Scary, scary (laughs).
The first sip of this sake feels like it goes right into your mouth, so I wonder if it means that you can't get up when you notice it? (Laughs)
Nowadays, it is easy to learn about the details of the trip on the Internet, which makes the image more realistic and makes me want to visit the place.
The sake brewery is located on the north side of the outer rim of Aso, south of Hita in Oita Prefecture, according to the map. Oguni Town.
Oguni Town is also home to the Oguni Dome, a wooden truss gymnasium (designed by Shoei Ip) and the birthplace of Shibasaburo Kitazato, so which route should I take? I was wondering which route I should take, thanks to the delicious sake.
I remembered that when I visited Aso, it was snowing. It must be even colder in Oguni Town.
Oh, I drink too much. I'll take a break here or there (laughs).
Unfiltered Raw Sake
This is a young sake, only about 4 years old, so it may not be well known.
Although it has a strong aroma, it is easy to drink and is very good as a food sake.
