The next drink was entrusted to my children. (Of course, he is an adult). I picked this one up at the Kumamoto Kawazu Sake Brewery booth that was open at Kintetsu.

The sake brewery is located on the north side of the outer rim of Aso, south of Hita in Oita Prefecture, according to the map. Oguni Town.

常温でいただきました。
マイルドな飲み口とふくよかな旨味が広がり、あっさりとした甘味はあるもキレが良く、後味は柔らかくスッキリとした余韻。
“七歩蛇(しちほだ)”とは妖怪の名前で、この蛇に噛まれると毒で7歩歩く間に死んでしまうと謂われ、ノックアウトされるほど飲みやすくて旨い酒、という蔵元の想いがこもっております。
