It is Shirafuku Doshin Junmai. Super dry! but it's not that hot, it's a refreshing and fresh sake. It has a faint scent of green apples, and without the sweetness that is so popular, it is a sake that you can easily go for many glasses. If you drink it with the image of the name "Doshin", you will be surprised at the difference in image. It was delicious!
I've been wanting to try this baby for a while ✨ and it's even better than I imagined!
It's quite fruity, but not too hot. It has a strong aroma of No.18, but it doesn't interfere with the food.
