Fukushima Sake Brewery Revival Series. Aizu Otokoyama in Aizu Misato Town.
The grandson, Mr. Kobayashi from Chiba Prefecture, retired from a company in Tokyo and inherited the brewery, which had been dormant for 150 years, to keep its history alive.
This sake brewed by Fukunoka is lightly muddled with a moderate aroma. After the sweet and umami taste, it finishes with a bitter taste. It has a natural and gentle taste with the sweet and savory taste of rice☺️.
Last year, his family came to Japan and restarted the sake brewing, which is not easy to do without a lot of determination.
Another sake brewery to support😊.
Good evening, drunken nosuke!
I just happened to see you featured on the NHK news, and I bought mine online from one of your dealers!
It will be delivered next week, and I'm looking forward to it now. (^○^)
By the way, Fukushima is awesome!
<It's back after 20 years! Sour and bitter fruity Daiginjo>.
The story of the impressive revival is omitted because there are not enough characters.
The color is lightly muddled, but it is quite yellow. It is a little unusual to see such a yellow color when it is not aged.
The aroma is lactic acid fruity and delicious.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a soft sourness and bitterness. There is also a slight sweetness. It is fruity like an unripe peach. The second half is refreshing with a clean finish.
It was delicious. I expect more of this in the future.
If I were to compare it to Ghibli, I'd say it's like the senior witch in "The Witch's Delivery Service". She has a bit of a tang and the bitterness of life that she has seen through working in the entertainment district. In fact, I'm sure you've had a lot of hard times. But in front of the junior who just left today, I feel like showing her a good side. I want you to do your best. I want to support them.
One thing I'm sorry about is that I compared it to Otokoyama, which is a drink with a rugged name.
Satisfaction: ★★★★.
I'll post the full version on the blog, complete with character images. If you'd like, you can search for "korune sake" or click on the link in the profile section.
Whoa, easy to drink😄.
A little sweetness, not too much acidity, and
A hint of peach at the end 😚
Maybe it's influenced by the label😆.
The brewery, Aizu Otokoyama Sake Brewery, is back after 20 years.
I don't have any information about the brewer 😔.

The first bottle of the revived brewery! Full of episodes that make you want to cheer for the story leading up to this point! It has a sweet aroma and a freshness that spreads in the mouth. The sweet aroma and the freshness that spreads in your mouth. This is a sake filled with the kindness of everyone ^ ^.
Started brewing sake for the first time in 20 years. It's fruity, you can feel the alcohol, but it's easy to drink! Delicious! Sweet taste.
It is wished that everyone will become "Wa".
It's a brewery in the town where my parents live. I'm not an heir, but the eldest daughter there is a classmate of mine.
Thank you for drinking it!
I haven't had this one yet, so I'll definitely try it when the corona subsides and I can go home.
After more than 20 years, Otokoyama Shuzo Brewery in Aizu Misato has revived sake brewing with their first new sake "Wa" (raw sake). The rice used is Aizu's sake rice, Yume-no-Ko.
The eighth generation, the grandson of the deceased sixth generation, left the company and restarted sake brewing. This is a memorable first shipment of sake, and it has both the tenderness and flavor typical of Aizu. It will be interesting to see how the sake brewing evolves from now on!
It's the first shot from a brewery that's been revived after 20 years!
I couldn't resist, so I opened it!
It's so sweet!
Another familiar sake to look forward to!
