sake made without added alcohol or sugar
It has a slightly oku-like richness. A little thick. But easy to drink. The viscosity is about medium. The aroma is good. It is not as sweet as Oku, but it is there. 85 points

It's so delicious!
Sweet and fruity, similar to Ottersai for a reasonable price.
The taste is soft and not at all spicy.
The aroma is gentle and delicious from start to finish.
A fire-roasted version of the raw sake we drank in the spring
It has a mild and gentle flavor.
The aroma and sweetness of a ripe pineapple
It also has a slight woody aroma, like a barrel of sake.
It is mellow and can be enjoyed on its own.
About this DREAM brewed by Yumeginko and the design of the label, Asagimadara
Remembering Mr. Yamazaki's joyful talk
Keep drinking coddling through the long autumn nights.
The butterfly on the label is an Asagidian butterfly. It has a nice description and message on the back of the label.
A clear aroma. The sweetness and richness are exquisite. The aftertaste is relatively refreshing.
The sweetness and flavor become stronger as it comes close to room temperature.
joys and sorrows
The sweetness and freshness of the banana flavors come in quickly and smoothly, and then the delicious bitterness grows in the second half. The bitterness, the green grass and banana aroma of the unpasteurized sake linger on the finish, which softly fades away. Delicious.
It's quite a flashy label. The butterfly on this label is called the Asagimadara. It is said that they migrate long distances across the sea. The label was chosen because the butterflies come from the area near the brewery, at the foot of the Mikane Mountains in Aichi Prefecture. I read on Wikipedia that this butterfly is quite interesting. Then, when you catch it, you write the date and place of capture on its wings with a magic marker and release it. Then they study the distance they travel.
To use a Ghibli analogy, it's the last scene of "Omohide Poroporo". The main character Taeko takes a new step forward to the song "Ai wa Hana, Kimi wa sono tane" sung by Harumi Miyako. It's a sweet, lost and bitter, blue and lively step.
