This sake was made with the image of the Asagimadara, the only butterfly that can cross the sea.
The overall taste is dry, but the sweetness and flavor can be felt. A delicious sake that goes well with meals.
In the sake world, there is a lot of noise like a child about capturing a beetle, but a true adult would capture a butterfly in the night, so I captured Miss Yamazaki, or rather, Yamazaki Sake.
This butterfly is the Asagimadara, a butterfly that crosses the sea.
Even before you drink it, you can smell the ginjo aroma. There is a lot of lees, but the taste is weak in sweetness and acidity, with a little bitterness remaining. I think it is still easy to drink, but I think it would be even better if it were a little more opposite here. I usually only drink about one cup of sake, but I've already had two, so I think it's a good sake. The body is honest.
This is one of several bottles I bought by mail order, and the others are from breweries I've had before, so they're cheap, but it's exciting to drink sake for the first time without any previous information.

The label is lovely🦋
Despite the name "Yume Ginka", the aroma is 🤔
I can hardly feel it.
But then I thought it was the name of the sake rice😅.
The taste is sweet and sour 🍓I think it's pretty close to the strawberry yeast Amabuki.
The aroma is gorgeous, sweet and bitter.
It is my favorite type of sake, but the sweetness becomes more pronounced at room temperature. It's not a sticky sweetness, but it's easier to drink when it's chilled!
It's good to drink it after a meal👌.
sake made without added alcohol or sugar
It has a slightly oku-like richness. A little thick. But easy to drink. The viscosity is about medium. The aroma is good. It is not as sweet as Oku, but it is there. 85 points

It's so delicious!
Sweet and fruity, similar to Ottersai for a reasonable price.
The taste is soft and not at all spicy.
The aroma is gentle and delicious from start to finish.
